The Continental Global Holding Netherlands B.V. has decided to sell its entire shareholding ie 9.78 percent in the General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited as soon as practically and economically feasible. The Continental Global Holding Netherlands has also confirmed that this decision would not affect the continuation of the existing royalty and technical service agreement dated July 01, 2011 with The General Tyre and Rubber Company of Pakistan Limited.
